Beyond real estate, Mike is a professional photographer and licensed drone operator, capturing the aerial perspective that luxury waterfront and oceanfront properties deserve. He's also a self-taught computer programmer who built and self-hosts his entire network of community-specific real estate websites — using AI-driven tools most agents have never touched to match serious buyers with off-market and new-construction opportunities before they ever reach the public MLS.
